“The most memorable part of the trip was that the car did not use the A.C. The driver was on the phone all the time watching his family play at a beach. Water was not offered and much less to expect wifi. I was wanting to impress my wife and daughter. Totally not worth it. Dirty old van. We did not feel safe with the driver since he was on the phone all the time. We do not think is the drivers fault. He probably had no idea because it was not well coordinated.”

“Communication before we arrived at the airport was good. A bit confusing after we found the contact as then had to wait with others until the walk to the cab but think this is normal for Istanbul airport. Driver didn’t speak English ‘I’m Turkish…’.”

“Great experience overall! The Whatsapp communication & confirmation was fantastic so we always knew what was going on prior to pickup/drop off. Pick up feels a little jarring at the airport as it involves waiting in 2 different locations & being handed off before you reach your car but it's controlled chaos with their system and the initial pickup spot is very clear when you come out of the airport. Once in the car, drivers in both directions were friendly & the vehicles were clean. Sometimes the driving felt too fast for me, but I generally don't enjoy being in cars (I prefer public transit when possible) so it may…”

“Hello! This was my first trip to Istanbul, so it was important to have a transfer at the airport. The trips to and from the hotel to the airport were good, the cars are new and comfortable. They send instructions in advance on how to find the right exit from the airport, which is very convenient, and when the transfer from the hotel to the airport takes place, the driver contacts in advance, which gives confidence in the future trip. The drivers are responsible and attentive, they always asked if everything was okay.”

“Had such an amazing experience. We were in Istanbul for a 24 hour layover and we booked with Ahmet for an airport pick up and transport around the city to see all the sights! Was so well worth it. Ahmet was there at the airport right when we landed. He took my family of five including 3 kids (14, 16, and 3) around the city so we could see everything we wanted during our time there. He was also there at 4am to pick us up from our hotel to take us to the airport. Cannot say how great Ahmet was. Would absolutely book Ahmet!”
