“Excellent service! Our family of four, including my 11-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, traveled from Istanbul to Bursa. The bus service was top-notch, allowing stops for local shopping and photos. The lunch menu was fabulous. The highlight was the chair lift, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, though we had to pay separately. Guide Mohammad was friendly and supportive. Unfortunately, due to fog and snow during the cable car ride, we missed seeing the top of Uludağ, including its majestic peak, the highest point in Turkey. Despite this, the overall trip was still enjoyable.”

“This trip was a waste of a day, this tour can be cut to half day if they don't make so many stops on the way to Bursa, alot of the stop is to putchase what you have already probably got considering you are in Istanbul. The tour guy was very nice and pleasant, and the cable cars was a very nice experince, aside from that, not worth it.”

“This was such a nice trip! Our guide Elias went above and beyond making sure everyone is having a good time. There’s a bunch of activities to do that are not included in the price, and you have the choice whether to opt in or out. If you choose to opt out, you’ll have other things to do until the allocated time of regathering. Best part was the outdoor activities, zip line, and ATV rides with sunset view. Finally ending the trip with a random cafe on the road with nice view while waiting for traffic to clear.”

“The Driver was 20 minutes early for the pickup, so we were not quite ready yet. Despite being early for our pickup, they still managed to get one hour delay before we even left Istanbul. Their priorities seemed to be to get us to spend money at the 3 tourist traps before we arrived in Bursa. In Bursa they dropped us off at a Hamam which turned out to be converted into another shop, where we should spend money. At least the green Tomb was right next door, so we could see that. Because of the Delay in picking up guests and the 3 tourist traps, it was 15:00 before…”

“It was poorly organized due to a number of reasons: 1. it made no sense that we did not meet at the boat directly. Like this we had to litterally RUN in a group of 200 people towards the boat. everyone was running because they wanted the best sport on tje boat. 2. at the entrance tp the boat everyone was pushing because we all arrived at the same time, it was very stressful, uncomfortable and chaotic. 3. on the boat there were not nearly enough sitting spots for everyone. 4. it just felt like a commercial, because they wanted to sell photos, food and drinks all of the time…”
