“Excellent service! Our family of four, including my 11-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, traveled from Istanbul to Bursa. The bus service was top-notch, allowing stops for local shopping and photos. The lunch menu was fabulous. The highlight was the chair lift, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, though we had to pay separately. Guide Mohammad was friendly and supportive. Unfortunately, due to fog and snow during the cable car ride, we missed seeing the top of Uludağ, including its majestic peak, the highest point in Turkey. “This trip was a waste of a day, this tour can be cut to half day if they don't make so many stops on the way to Bursa, alot of the stop is to putchase what you have already probably got considering you are in Istanbul. The guide was very rude and disrespectful and cancelled some of the activities without consulting with us or even asking, when asked he said because we started late. And he squeezed all activities times and kept chasing us telling us to go back to the car while doing shopping and using the bathroom. He is seriously the least professional and the most rude tour…”
