We got picked up at our hotel at 4am, got a 6:30 flight, transport picked us up and got us to the group. There was about a 45 min coordination lag to the group, no biggie. “A lot of confusion with scheduling, incomplete tours, not being transparent about the status of balloon flights (no warning that for several days, the flights have been canceled for bad weather and it was not looking good) and significantly more expensive than what others on the same tour paid. They asked me to get ready for pickup by 4:10 am but ended up being picked up at 5:30 am. The tour already started at 10am and the flight they booked for me did not allow me to join the tour on time. Multiple items in the published itinerary were skipped/missed. Others on the same tour were offered significantly cheaper rates.…”

“Cappadocia is a very nice place to visit. A little hilly (and hot even this time of the year), but nonetheless interesting place. Unfortunately, my hot-balloon air ride didnt happen because of the wind gusts; however, i did get a refund! Silme (sp?) is very enthusiastic and passionate about sharing the history and information of each place we visited. Overall a great experience! I don't recommend wearing shoes you don't want to get "dirty" haha!”
